Virginia Ann “Ginny” Lecatsas, 65, of
Riverside, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, May
26, 2019 at her residence. She was born June 9, 1953 in Indian Lake Ohio,
the daughter of the late Robert Theodore and Josephine Mae Carpenter Harris.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 47
years, Stan Lecatsas. They were married on June 16. 1972
Ginny was employed for 14 years alongside her
husband as an office manager for Mamo Transportation, Inc. in Bloomsburg PA.
She was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church
in Muncy PA.
Ginny loved camping with her husband and her
family, especially in Wisconsin. Spending family time in Seaside Heights NJ
was a joy for her. She loved traveling to Drum and Bugle Corps competitions
with her husband and loved having lunch with her friends.
Ginny was a strong, caring, thoughtful and
dedicated lady with a relentless devotion to her job, her husband and her
family, all of whom she adored.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by
one daughter; Nikki Russo Lecatsas of Allentown NJ and two grandsons; Louis
T. Russo and Michael J. Russo of Allentown NJ as well as one stepson, Randy
Scott Lecatsas of Sinking Spring PA and her granddaughter, Rebecca Lecatsas.
She is also survived by three sisters and two brothers. Also surviving are
several nieces and nephews.
Ginny was preceded by the untimely death by her
beloved son, Travis Michael Lecatsas on January 15, 2009.
There will be no services.
