Linker. Jr., 56, of Danville, PA died Tuesday morning, June 1, 2004 at Geisinger Medical Center Danville, PA. He was born July 22, 1947 in
Danville, PA the son of the late Harry A. “Pete” and Helen Diehl Linker, Sr.
graduated from Danville High School in 1965. He was employed for 10 years
by KVS in Danville, PA and also as a psychiatric aide by Danville State
Hospital where he retired 2002. He was a member of the Revival Tabernacle in
West Milton, PA. Mr. Linker was a HAM radio operator with General status.
He enjoyed car shows and building “kit” cars, powerlifting, boating,
downhill skiing and ice skating.
survived by his wife of 24 years, Helen A. Johns Linker whom he married May
10, 1980. He is also survived by his stepmother, Edith A. Aikey Linker of
York, PA, two brothers; Reverend Benny W. Linker and wife Meladene and Joby
D. Linker and wife Laurie, all of Dallas, Texas.and one sister; Sally A.
Tipton and her husband Reverend Jerry K. of York, PA.
services will be held Friday at 1:00 PM from the Revival Tabernacle located
on Old Highway 15 in West Milton, PA with his pastor, the Reverend James R.
Bond officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery Danville, PA.
Friends will be received Thursday evening from 7-9 PM and from 12:00 until
the time of service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to
