He is survived by his devoted wife of 67 years, Vera Josephine Lormor Stine.  They were married June 5, 1953.

Bob graduated from Danville High School in 1951.

He served his country during the Korean War  in the United States Army.

He was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad in earlier years.  He worked as a machinist at KVS in Danville for several years and for Smith Machine Works from 1965-1993, from where he retired.

Bob was a member of St. Peter’s United Methodist Church in Riverside.  His other memberships included the Danville Moose and was a life member of Southside Fire Company in Riverside.

An outdoorsman, Bob loved fishing and boating.  His greatest enjoyment was traveling and camping with his family.  His river lot at Camp Shawnee was where he spent most of his time.
