Harold A. Woodruff, 92, of Danville, PA passed
away peacefully on Monday, May 4, 2020, at Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village
in Lewisburg, PA. He was born February 21, 1928, in Asbury Park, New Jersey
the son of the late George Joseph and Grace B. Lane Woodruff.
Harold graduated from High School in Plainville
CT in 1946 and attended the Apostolic Bible College in 1946.
He served his country in the United States Army
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years,
Betty A. Aikey Woodruff whom he married in March 1955.
Harold was employed for 40 years as an
expeditor for Stanley Works in New Britain, CT from where he retired in
Harold was a member of New Life Worship Center
in Turbotville PA.
He enjoyed reading and walking.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one
son, William Woodruff of Ohio; two grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. He was
preceded in death by one son, Brian Woodruff ; one brother, Stanley
Woodruff and two sisters; Helen Woodruff and Verna Daley.
Services and burial will be private at the
convenience of the family
