Charles W. Drumm, 82, of Danville PA passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020
at Kramm Healthcare Center in Milton PA. He was born June 26, 1938 in
Bloomsburg PA the son of the late Warner M. Drumm and Mary Tobias Drumm
Hill.
He
would have celebrated 50 years of marriage to Grace Baylor Drumm who
preceded him in death on June 28, 2008. They were married August 31, 1958.
Charles served his country in the United States Air Force from 1956 – 1960.
He was
employed as a millwright for PP&L for over 20 years, from where he retired.
Charles enjoyed doing small engine repairs and restoring farm tractors. He
was a very hardworking man who loved to stay busy and who loved his family.
He is
survived by one daughter: Tracy A. Woodruff and her husband Ralph, Jr. of
Bloomsburg PA and one grandson, Matthew R. Woodruff of Danville PA. Also
surviving are four great grandchildren: Grayson, Harper, Emma and Charleigh
Woodruff and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one
daughter: Tammy Drumm in 2018, one brother, Donald Drumm and one sister,
Pauline Snyder.
A
Celebration of his life will be held at a later date to be announced. A
private graveside service will be held on at Elan Memorial Park Bloomsburg
PA.
