Jason Charles Gordon, 12, of Danville, PA passed
away on November 29, 2019. He was born April 8, 2007, in Danville, the son
of Kyle and Christine Gordon.
He was a 7th grade student in the
Danville Area Middle School. Jason was a member of the 2017 and 2018
District 13 Championship Teams from the Danville Area Little League. He
most recently played on Danville Jr. High School’s football and basketball
Jason was very creative and loved fishing with
his friends and playing baseball, basketball and football, as well as,
riding his scooter. An encourager to all, he loved to make people laugh
with his imitations, quick wit and crazy jokes. One of his favorite
pastimes was playing cards with family and friends. Jason had a
compassionate heart and a kind spirit and was a blessing to all who knew him
In addition to his parents, he is survived by
one brother Zachary, at home. He is also survived by his maternal
grandparents King and Linda Perry of Downingtown; paternal grandparents
Joseph and Donna Lapchak of Bloomsburg PA and Robert and Nancy Gordon of
Bloomsburg PA. He is also survived by two aunts and three uncles, Kara and
Kirk Seesholtz of Mifflinville; Laura and Chris Lunardi of West Chester PA
and Kevin Gordon of Bloomsburg PA; two great grandmothers; May LaFaver of
Shoemakersville, PA and Marie Rozinskie of Orangeville, PA. In addition, he
is survived by seven cousins; Ky, Koy, Hope, Grayson, Olivia, Gianna and
Relatives and friends will be received Tuesday
evening, December 3, 2019 from 5:30 – 8:30 PM at Visneski Funeral Home, Inc.
42 West Mahoning Street Danville PA. A Celebration of Jason’s Life will be
held on Wednesday, December 4th at 11:00 AM at First Baptist
Church 12 Brookside Drive (off 642 East) Danville PA with the Reverend Dawes
J. Dunham officiating. Friends will be received from 10:00 – 10:45 AM.
The family will provide flowers.
