Thomas Bennett

June 21, 2013

Thomas Bennett, 74, of Bloom Road Danville PA passed away Thursday, June 20, 2013 at his residence.  He was born January 10, 1939 in Indianapolis Indiana the son of the late Forest and Kathryn Darter Bennett. 

Tom served in the United States Navy.  He was employed as a truck driver for 41 years and retired from Don Bowman Trucking.  Tom was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Danville PA.  His enjoyments included fishing, gardening and going to auctions.  His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his grandchildren and with his family and friends.  He will be sadly missed by all who loved him dearly.

He is survived by his loving wife Joyce Admire. Also surviving are his children; Roxanne Kopelcheck and her husband Dave; Dr. William Admire and his wife Claudia; Bob Admire and his wife Marie; Don Admire and his wife Angela and Donna Keiser and her husband Jim.  He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Forest of Indianapolis Indiana. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Tomís Life to be held Sunday, July 7, 2013 at 4:00 PM at Shiloh United Church of Christ 500 Bloom Street Danville PA with the Reverend Mary B. Schmotzer officiating.  Friends will be received from 2:00 PM until time of service at the church.  Arrangements are under the direction of Visneski Funeral Home, Inc. 10 W Mahoning Street Danville PA.  www.visneski.com
