Sandra Elizabeth (Welsh) Robbins

Sandra Elizabeth (Welsh) Robbins, 54, of Berwick PA died September 19, 2013 at Geisinger Medical Center Danville PA.  She was born April 22, 1959 in Bloomsburg PA the daughter of the late John and Rhea Gordner Allen.   

She attended the Warrior Run Schools.  She was employed in her earlier years as a home health aide. 

Sandra enjoyed playing cards, especially Horsey Pepper and Hand and Foot.  She loved spending time with her family and friends at Ber-Vaughn Park.  Sandra especially loved having picnics there with cold cuts and S'mores with the grandchildren.  Sandra will be remembered and dearly missed by many people that she opened up her heart and home to.  She treated them all like they were her own children and grandchildren. 

She is survived by two sons; Timothy Welsh of Danville PA and Steven Welsh of Millville PA and four daughters; Stephanie Welsh, Jessica Welsh, Megan Welsh, Misty Welsh; all of Berwick PA.  Also surviving are 16 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  She is survived by two brothers; Martin Allen of Berwick PA and Arnold Ernest of Benton PA and six sisters; Eleanor Kile of Bloomsburg PA; Freda Davis of Orangeville PA; Shirley Hubbard of Millville PA; Linda Hubbard of Berwick PA; Patsy Whitmoyer of Ohio and Doris Trivelpiece of Orangeville PA.  She was preceded in death by one daughter, Tracy Allen; one brother, Douglas Allen and two sisters; Edna Moyer and Evelyn Allen.  She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Jason Snyder.   

A Celebration of Sandra's Life will be held Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 1:00 PM at St. Paul's Emmanuel United Methodist Church 305 Pine Street Danville PA with Pastor Greg Molter officiating.  Friends will be received from 11:45 AM until 12:45 PM at the church.  Arrangements are under the direction of Visneski Funeral Home, Inc. 10 W Mahoning Street Danville PA.  www.visneski.com.
