Reynold J. "Renny" Bishop

Reynold J. “Renny” Bishop, 60, of 27 Bucks Road Elysburg PA passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at his residence. He was born December 10, 1952 in Shamokin PA the son of the late Ann Horne Bishop. 

He graduated from Shamokin High School in 1970.  He was employed as a truck driver for nine years by Kurt Weiss Greenhouse Danville PA.   

Mr. Bishop was a member of the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Elysburg PA.  He was an avid Penn State football fan.

 He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Cynthia “Cindy” K. Sheatler Bishop whom he married September 20, 1997. 

Also surviving is one brother, Dennis Bishop and his wife Monica of Santee CA and one aunt, Helen Lazarz of Shamokin PA.   

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Christian Wake Service to be held Monday, May 6, 2013 at 11:30 AM at Visneski Funeral Home, Inc. 10 West Mahoning Street Danville PA with the Reverend Alfred Sceski officiating.  Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery Danville PA.  Friends will be received from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society Montour United 1420 N. Susquehanna Trail Selinsgrove PA  17870.  www.visneski.com
