Nettie V. Vi Reppert, 81

Nettie V. Vi Reppert, 81, 109 Faust Street Danville PA went to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 4, 2007 at her home after an extended illness.  She was born November 29, 1925 in Greenwood Florida the daughter of the late Wilbur T. and Nettie V. Wrye Sorey. 

She grew up in Cocoa, Florida with her parents, four sisters and four brothers.  She moved to Danville PA in 1945 when she married William C. Reppert on December 21 1945.  Nettie worked at the Danville State Hospital in the Occupational Therapy Department where she retired.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Danville where she served on several volunteer committees as well as being a member of the Friendship Sunday School Class.  She was also a member of Order of The Eastern Star.  Nettie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was a devoted and loyal friend, always putting others before herself. 

She is survived by her husband of 61 years William C. Reppert and one daughter Rhonda C. Schreiter and her husband Barry K. of Montoursville PA.  Also surviving are six grandchildren; Shannon, Taylor, Jarad, Ryan, Brielle and Brooke and six great-grandchildren.  Nettie was preceded in death by her son William Clayton Reppert, Jr. and her daughter Holly Reppert Hartman.

A Celebration of Vis life will be held Saturday, July 7 2007 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church 20 Brookside Drive Danville PA with her pastor the Reverend Dr. Harry H. Wonderland officiating.  Reverend David J. Mouw, Associate Pastor and Pastor Lynn Wheeler of Community Baptist Church Montoursville PA will be assisting.  Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery Danville PA.  Friends will be received Saturday from 9:45 AM until 10:45 AM at the church.   The family will provide flowers.  Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Memorial Fund 20 Brookside Drive Danville PA or Geisinger Hospice 100 North Academy Avenue Danville PA  17822-4000.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Visneski Funeral Home, Inc. 10 W Mahoning Street Danville PA.
