Booth, 51, of 112 Kaseville Road Danville, PA died Wednesday evening at
Geisinger Medical Center Danville, PA. She was born July 21, 1953 in Tampa,
Florida the daughter of Adelaide Craig Sabo of Orangeville, PA and Albert
Sabo, Jr. of Bloomsburg, PA.
graduated from Central Columbia High School in 1971 and Bucks County
Community College with a degree in Real Estate. Diane was an active realtor
and appraiser for over 30 years in the Danville/Bloomsburg area. For the
past 18 years she was associated with Booth and Deutsch Danville, PA. She
was a member of the Grove Presbyterian Church Danville, PA.
a devoted and loving mother who effortlessly accompanied and supported her
children in every activity and aspect of their lives which many times
included volunteering to help in any way she could. Diane’s loving nature to
her friends in the community also resulted in selfless giving of her time
and talent. She was active in numerous community organizations including
The Relay For Life. One of Diane’s passions was being in the outdoors. She
loved boating, fishing, beachcombing, snorkeling, camping and horseback
riding. Diane was very artistic and creative.
addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 18 years Robert
O. Booth whom she married April 7, 1987. She is survived by two sons; Eric
J. Liken of Danville, PA and Robert O. Booth, Jr. at home and one daughter;
Erin A. Booth, also at home. Also surviving is one sister Christine
Sabo of Danville, PA, numerous aunts, uncles and three nephews. She was
preceded in death by her brother Albert Sabo, III on June 18, 2005.
services will be held Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at 11:00 AM from the Grove
Presbyterian Church 330 Bloom Street Danville, PA with her pastor the
Reverend Dr. Robert J. Andrews officiating. Burial will be private.
Friends will be received in the Fellowship Hall of the church following the
