Lois L. Hagenbuch

Lois L. Hagenbuch, 77, of 101 Lower Street Danville, PA died Thursday morning, May 19th, 2005 at her residence.  She was born April 13, 1928 in Danville, PA the daughter of the late William W. and Ida Mae Gussler Cameron. 

She graduated from Danville High School in 1946 and was employed as a psychiatric aide for 25 years at Danville State Hospital.  Mrs. Hagenbuch was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church Danville, PA and a member of Valley Grange 1184 Danville, PA.  She enjoyed crocheting, collecting doll babies, camping, going to public auctions and adored children.  

Mrs. Hagenbuch is survived by her husband of 57 years, James A. Hagenbuch whom she married on October 17, 1947.  She is also survived by one son James C. Hagenbuch of Danville, PA and one daughter Joann Hittle of Danville, PA.  Five grandchildren; Tami, Lori, Tara, Aaron and Bryan also survive her along with five great-grandchildren; Amanda, Tara, Lauren, Kiersten and Ghilaan.  She is also survived by one brother Robert E. Cameron of Danville, PA.  She was preceded in death by five brothers; Ray A. Cameron in 1934; William M. Cameron in 1958; Donald W. Cameron in 1997; John F. Cameron in 1999 and Carl W. Cameron in 1999 and three sisters; Dorothy I. Faust in 1990; Geraldine M. Balanda in 1997 and Darlis R. Sweeney in 2004. 

Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00 PM from Trinity United Methodist Church 306 Lombard Street Danville, PA with her pastor the Reverend Dennis W. Derr officiating assisted by the Reverend C. Rayvon Hilliard.  Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery Danville, PA.  Friends will be received from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the church.  Memorial contributions may be made to either Trinity United Methodist Church or Columbia Montour Home Hospice 599 E. 7th Street Bloomsburg, PA  17815.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Visneski Funeral Home, Inc. 10 West Mahoning Street Danville, PA.
